The Nick & Kelly Children’s Heart Fund sponsors 80 Arizona children to attend one session of camp each year. They pay airfare and bus transportation for campers and volunteers, and pay the Camp del Corazon $300 per camper to keep spaces open just for campers from Arizona. This year, the Nick and Kelly Children's Heart Fund is planning to sponsor camp for 80 Arizona kids and teens.

Catalina Island August 26-30, 2010 Camp (8 years up to 17 years)

Registration for Arizona campers is available on a first come-first served basis. To make sure your child qualifies for camp and to start the registration process, please contact Sharon Pfeiffer, Pediatric Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, at (602) 241-7328. To start the registration process go to the Camp Del Corazon website. All waivers and applications should be returned to Camp del Corazon with the exception of the Nick and Kelly waivers - liability waiver and photo release).
